A drunk man, who was allegedly trying to break into a South Africa museum, impaled himself on a 12" security fence, instead.
Siyana Pasiwe, 32, was stuck to the fence for two hours before rescuers were able to remove him from the spike using an axle grinder.
He claims he wasn’t attempting to break into the museum, but that he was trying to find a short cut home after a a night of heavy drinking.
“I woke up and decided to continue walking home, but when I saw a tree I thought I would be able to jump to the other side." he told the London Paper.
He is currently hospitalized for severe intestinal and rectal injuries, and claims he didn’t suffer any pain during the incident because of the amount of alcohol he consumed.
