DMX was sentenced to 18 months of probation during his trial where he pled guilty to attempted aggravated assault, during his incarceration at an Arizona correctional facility.
Authorities say he threw a food tray at a prison officer. However he will be allowed to serve his probation in Florida, his former place of residence.
