This is the news I've been waiting for, and I'm sure all of Jigga's fans have as well. I just recieved word Jay-Z's "Blue Print 3" will be releasing on September the 11th, 2009 via his Roc Nation label. Atlantic Records will be doing the promotion and marketing of the album.
