50 Cent testified in court Tuesday that he never would have bought Mike Tyson’s Farmingdale, CT mansion if he knew it would cost an arm and a leg to fix up. So now he’s suing BVH Integrated Services. They’re the engineering firm he hired to inspect the 19 bedroom mansion spread when he was buying it from the boxer’s ex-wife in 2003

The company estimated it would cost about $500,000 to repair roofs, decks, driveways and renovate other parts of the property. But 50 says in reality  he ended up spending about $6 million on the job. According to his calculations, BVH should cough up $3 million at the very least.

"I would not have purchased the property with $1 million worth of work to do. To be honest I would not have purchased a house with $700,000 worth of damages,” he testified.

“I would have felt I was living in a construction site,” said Curtis, who was wearing a dark pinstriped suit and no tie.

The BVH attorney, Michael Byrnes, said it didn’t overbill and that 50 Cent wanted “extravagant and costly upgrades.”

The 19-bedroom property - which was featured on MTV’s “Cribs”- includes a recording studio and a nightclub that features a swing dangling from the ceiling. According to the attorney, these were only a few of the many expensive amendments 50 made to the property.

When 50 unsuccessfully attempted to sell the 48,000-square-foot property  in 2007, brokers said that he had added a helicopter pad, an infinity pool and spa with a grotto, a movie theater, and other extras.
